Trafalgar High School Year 12 students officially bid adieu to their secondary schooling this year.
Students took time out during October to celebrate the last day of school before the exam period began.
This day, colloquially known as ‘Muck-up Day’, saw students dress up in an array of outfits and ‘let off some steam’ as a cohort.
Year 12s took turns staffing the driveways into the teachers car park,
making teachers’ pay to park on site. Their efforts raised over $220 for the Win The War With Willow fundraising program for Bowel Cancer Australia.
Mr Anthony Wilson, for whom the Win The War With Willow program was created, was a past principal at Trafalgar High School.
Mr Wilson died in October, his loss felt by many in the Trafalgar, Moe/Newborough and Willow Grove community.
With exams now complete, students will wait with baited breath to receive their ATAR scores.
The new year presents the start of a new life journey for the Class of 2022, as university or a career in the workforce awaits.
