The closing dates for article submissions are always the 12th of each month.

What is the format for articles and photographs?
Articles sent electronically must either be in Microsoft Word (‘doc’ or ‘docx’) or text (‘txt’) format. This is our preferred method for receiving articles. There is no need to format articles.
Digital photographs (sent electronically) must be in ‘jpg’ or ‘tif’ format. They must be high resolution (e.g., at least 1mb in size) to ensure the production of a high quality photograph. Photographs from mobile phones are not encouraged as their resolution is low, resulting in poor quality photographs.
There is no need to edit photographs prior to sending them to us. Please let us know if you wish to use only part of the photograph.
